• Clear photos showing the damage or defect
• A short video when necessary to show a product that is not functioning properly

After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the package and items received so we can review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because our products are fulfilled through our shipping and fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the item.
